Hi!! I am Kam Parker, Personal Trainer. If you are a beginner or senior, on this channel I have provided workouts, coaching and instruction that guides you to get fit and increase your overall sense of wellness. Wellness = Fitness + Health. Health happens in the kitchen, and Fitness happens with safe exercise. During the CoVid-19 workouts I led LIVE workouts on Facebook that are now being posted here. Though there is no substitute for in person personal training, these “CoVideo Workouts” are designed for you to learn how to get fit at home.
If you are new to strength training or not, the key is is a routine. Follow along in numerical order and do 2 to 3 strength training sessions per week. You need two cans, and two gallons of water.
