Using angsize calculator, Distance moved = 69.21 m

Beam speed = 69.21/0.01 = 6921 m/s(Hypersonic +)

Blocking formula = (Distance the character moved in meters) x (Speed of projectile in meters/s) / (Distance the projectile was away from the character when he/she started to move in meters)

G-man blocking speed = 60 6921/1 = 415260 m/s(Massively Hypersonic +)

Detainer being able to blitz G-man should be able to get a 3x-4x speed multiplier(vsbattles.com/threads/speed-in-order-to-blitz.1168…)

Detainer Speed = 415260 * 3 = 1245780 m/s (Massively Hypersonic+)
