Valhalla Organics
Ruby and Chris met while hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, settled in Southern Oregon and created an urban mini-farm and a five acre off-grid farm, complete with honey bee hives. We launched our business, Valhalla Organics, to provide artisan pickles and preserves for foodies who crave the good stuff! Then we lost our home, our farm, and our honey bees to two different wildfires in 2020 and 2021. Undaunted, we moved across the country to start all over again! We share about homesteading, farming, beekeeping, and living a sustainable life on our farm in Southern Virginia.
