How do you calm your mind? Get all of your thoughts (worries, to-dos, goals, etc) out of your head. Write them down on paper first, then prioritize what to handle 1st, 2nd, 3rd….just get all of it out of your head so that you CAN sort through everything and move beyond it. -Elana
