The company currently has one research and development center and three production bases, as well as twelve subsidiaries both domestically and internationally. The company employs nearly a thousand staff members. The technical research and development center covers an area of nearly 40,000 square meters and includes the Overseas Welding Technology International Joint Laboratory, Jiangsu Province Welding Automation Equipment Key High-tech Research Laboratory, Jiangsu Province Robot Automation Equipment Engineering Laboratory, and a National Enterprise Postdoctoral Research Workstation.
