Tichá dohoda (named after the Czech translation of a famous book and movie by Elia Kazan „The Arrangement") - a true legend and pioneers of the Czech indie scene - was founded in 1986 by a well known Czech guitarist, songwriter and producer Dan Šustr and Jiří Šimeček - drummer of the legendary czech punk Band Letadlo).
In 1989, after split of the original line-up, the singer Blanka Šrůmová joined the band. Based on the song writing of Dan the band released all of its official and unofficial records and reached great succes and become one of the most important and innovative bands in the Czech republic of the 1990s.
