Ginger and lemon Juice
Note: This juice should take in empty stomach
Measurements for one person
Ingredients:
1. Ginger – 1 inch
2. Lemon – ½
3. Honey – 1 tablespoon
4. Water – ¾ cup
Process:
1. Cut ginger into small pieces add water (not much) grind into juice form
2. Take lemon juice
3. Mix ginger, lemon juice and honey
4. Pour water and make it as one cup
5. Sit and Drink slowly as if you are taking tea/coffee in morning.
Tips: This juice stop craving. Good to take fasting days / one want to reduce weight.
