Finance for Hippies is a platform of conversations for anyone wishing to improve their life through the sharing of financial knowledge and experiences with the objective of improving our audience's attitude towards money and guiding them towards making better decisions. Our content is delivered through the lens of the everyday person and promotes curiosity, inquiry and creativity. We do this by addressing the deep rooted problem of lack of basic financial education, with a podcast that is structured in an easily digestible format so that it caters towards the average person.
This podcast is hosted by Multimedia Artist Mr MediaX - using his rapper alias TeethSwag - and financial industry professional Thabeng Sehume under his rapper alias of Ndarkie aka Don Salamanca. Every episode sees them interview prominent finance and creative industry experts in an accessible, engaging and fun manner that pays homage to our hosts' love for information, satire, hip hop culture and fine arts.
