I'm Nick Neal — a public servant, community advocate, and someone who has spent more than 15 years in the trenches helping families get the support they need. I’ve led nonprofit programs, worked alongside state agencies, and stood shoulder to shoulder with Hoosier families facing challenges.

As a former police officer, I’ve seen how safety and trust are fundamental to community. As a nonprofit leader, I built programs in child abuse prevention, truancy reduction, and domestic violence intervention. I know how policy affects real people — and I know what it takes to deliver results.

I’m running for Indiana State Representative for House District 19 because I believe in putting Hoosiers first, working responsibly with taxpayer dollars, and restoring confidence in government. I will serve as your voice in Indianapolis, fighting for your safety, your children, and your opportunity to succeed.
