Sleep music is intended for nights when you can't fall asleep, calming the mind and leading to a relaxed state. 
First, lie down and close your eyes. Listen to the music while taking deep breaths. 
Inhale deeply while counting 1, 2, 3. Then, exhale slowly while counting 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Repeat this process 3 to 10 times. 
Your mood will settle, and your brain will begin to encourage sleep.
