I'm Dr Gadsing, a paediatric surgeon & I'm here to inspire each one to use their skills to serve the underserved communities.

With a passion for healthcare & paediatrics, I chose to specialise as a paediatric surgeon and now have over 15 years of experience in performing complex surgeries and procedures under my belt. In my tenure, I have co-founded 6 hospitals, pharma and 4 diagnostic centres in the Nashik District alone. However, as a doctor, it is jarring to me how much suffering is around us due to the economy and healthcare system. As a result, I was moved to start Ignited Minds Foundation, a non-profit initiative and "Mamta", an initiative for women empowerment, skill development institute and a centre coaching students of all strata for competitive exams. I hope that through this channel; as I share my experience and learning in the healthcare and social sector, you will be inspired to join me in stepping up to this noble cause.
