1. Practice mindfulness 2. Do a 10 minute AMRAP 3. Go for a 10 minute walk 4. Switch to wholegrain carbs 5. Eat protein with most meals 6. Park further away from shop 7. Plan your meals for the week 8. Switch to a savoury breakfast 9. Carry your shopping to the car 10. Take a warm shower before bed 11. Spend 10 minutes working on mobility 12. Go to bed at the same time each night 13. Leave a filled water bottle in each room 14. Wake up at the same time each morning 15. Get workout clothes prepped before bed 16. Get natural light within 30 mins of waking 17. Spend tech-free time with your loved ones 18. Schedule exercise intentions into your diary 19. Buy bags of mixed nuts, seeds, fruits, and veg (more plants) 20. Practice 4 mins of box breathing (4s in, 4s hold, 4s out, 4s hold)

Feb 13th: Doing more than ever, easily + consistently
Even those dedicated to health + fitness will drop off at times
I am no exception 🤷♂️ I had an indulgent Christmas:
→ Lots of food and drink → Days spent chilling on the sofa → Loooong lie-ins that disrupted my sleep routines
So come the 1st January, I was lazy, lethargic, and seriously de-motivated.
I was at a cross-roads:
1. Wait for motivation to hit, digging myself deeper into a hole as I waited, or 2. Get back to taking action and let the motivation follow
I chose the latter (obviously) but I was VERY deliberate…
Here is what I didn’t do:
❌ Jump straight back in to my full routine ❌ Put pressure on myself to be perfect ❌ Do too much too soon
Instead, what I did was:
✅ Focussed on one small step at a time
Doing this helped me seamlessly fit MORE health habits into my routine, compared to where I was just over 1 month ago.
Helping me improve my fitness, energy, and physique quicker than ever before.

There is only ONE hack to quick results
