Why I stopped worrying about going to the gym

(and you should too)

When you’ve got endless meetings & constant deadlines at work

Not to mention family commitments & much needed downtime

Finding the time to:
→ Get to the gym
→ Plan your meals
→ Get 8 hours sleep
→ Walk 10,000 steps
All at once seems next to impossible 😫

It leaves you feeling overwhelmed, so you understandably do nothing

And the feelings of failure & shame creep in.

Inevitably, your health & fitness get worse. So does your energy, mood, and motivation 😢

I’ve been there multiple times. What snapped me out of it?

❌ I stopped looking at the minutia
✅ I committed to ‘big-picture’ actions

Getting moving outdoors > 3-4 gym sessions per week
Planning my meals > Focussing on the ‘right’ amount of protein
Getting enough sleep > Hitting a morning routine

When re-prioritising health within your busy schedule, success lies in the EASY wins first.

Only look at the minutia once you start feeling the benefit from your first actions.
