❌ I stopped looking at the minutia ✅ I committed to ‘big-picture’ actions
Getting moving outdoors > 3-4 gym sessions per week Planning my meals > Focussing on the ‘right’ amount of protein Getting enough sleep > Hitting a morning routine
When re-prioritising health within your busy schedule, success lies in the EASY wins first.
Only look at the minutia once you start feeling the benefit from your first actions.
