My Story: I am the proud mom of two boys, aged 8 and 19. I started my own fitness journey back in 2010 when I made the choice to focus on my health and wellness. Thanks to discipline and an amazing coach of my own, I was able to earn 3rd place in multiple weightlifting competitions.
After seeing my life transform (increase in energy, strength, and confidence), I took the leap of going full time as a personal trainer myself from being an infant teacher for 12 years.
I have acquired experience working at both boutique gym/spas as well as corporate fitness centers and have worked with clients from a broad age range (15-74). I ensure each workout routine fits with my client's needs and abilities. My specialties are: weightlifting, rehab/corrective exercise, functional training, and recovery. I bring a very high level of enthusiasm to my clients as well as accountability and knowledge.
