Using insights from spiritual lineages, self-inquiry blended with deep emotional inquiry, and my own decades-long awakening journey, I’m dedicated to sharing the insights I have learned to help you find more joy, peace and fulfilment in everyday life.

I also work with my wife Alex – a spiritual wellness editor and energy healer – and through our retreats as well as my videos, 1-1 and group coaching, I help you spot – and change – the unconscious patterns holding you back .
