Hi friends! :) A bit ago I mentioned wanting to offer some merch to celebrate reaching 50k. I have narrowed down some designs based upon our previous discussion. A lot of you requested black rather than the light heathered brown I originally had in mind. A lot of you also said that you'd rather have an apron!

Sooo I am gathering info on 3 different items: an apron, a crewneck sweatshirt, and a t-shirt. Depending on votes I may make just one thing, I may make all three.

To make creating merch feasible for me, I am going to do it as a pre-order. If you decide to purchase you will select the exact item you want along with the size you want ahead of time. Once the pre-order closes, I will make the order. This will eliminate waste and lower costs for me! The items are created locally and will take just 2 weeks and then I'll ship them out!

My goal with this is to celebrate the big 50k milestone and also help me raise a little bit of money to purchase new equipment that will make my content on the channel better for you guys! I am currently looking into an AW meter which will help me measure water content in fillings to give us a better idea of shelf life. :)

Hi guys!! My chocolate molding process part 2 video is a bit late [obviously 😆]!...

Just wanted to pop on and let you know that I am working really hard on it! Well, the video is filmed and ready, I am just finishing up the PDF portion. I want to have it done before I post the video. Originally I had a pretty simple format in mind for what I wanted to create, but as I got into it I had more and more ideas to make it really nice, easy, and fun to follow but super comprehensive! And then I got carried away and decided that I wanted to illustrate the whole thing myself 😄

So...coming soon!

Also random question, since I started the channel I've always tried to post on Thursdays...but what days do you guys like to see videos the best?

First, welcome to all my new subscribers! Things really picked up for the channel in the last couple months and I am so so happy to have you here! We're almost at 30k! 🥳

With more and more people finding my channel and having a desire to learn chocolate work I want to be able to have the time and resources to provide more and more quality tutorials for you. I truly love doing it and hopefully one day can make it my full time thing. 🤩

I have been considering launching YouTube Memberships for my channel to help me fund the cost of supplies and give those of you who sign up an opportunity to be more involved in what tutorials I create.

Hello sweet lovers! This is my first community post :) I wanted to ask you guys a question…

I am working on a personal project and have been interviewing aspiring chocolatiers over the past month. I am looking for more people to talk to who:

-are beginners in making artisan chocolates
-feel stagnant in their chocolate techniques and progress
-feel lost at where to turn to improve and continue learning
-OR just feel super excited to learn the art of chocolate making (at any level)
