I am working on a personal project and have been interviewing aspiring chocolatiers over the past month. I am looking for more people to talk to who:
-are beginners in making artisan chocolates -feel stagnant in their chocolate techniques and progress -feel lost at where to turn to improve and continue learning -OR just feel super excited to learn the art of chocolate making (at any level)
