At the heart of Mama Jo Yoga is my vision —
To hold space for women and children to move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels safe, real, and grounding.
For women, it’s about supporting every stage — from beginners finding their feet on the mat, to mamas navigating pregnancy, postnatal recovery, or simply needing space to pause and heal. Through yoga, breathwork, and sound therapy (now gently growing into my work), I aim to help women feel stronger, calmer, and more at home in their bodies.
For children, I create playful, mindful workshops that blend movement, breath, and creativity — planting the seeds of awareness, focus, and self-expression from a young age.
My vision is to empower through presence — to help women and kids feel seen, supported, and in tune with their inner rhythm.
Mama Jo Yoga is not about the perfect pose — it’s about creating space to heal, move, laugh, breathe, and come back to yourself.
