Consecutive Cold Dip #115 Days!

This is where I tap out! I am definitely emotional as I write this. This experience has profoundly changed not only my life, but impacted me to my soul. I’m far from done processing all the ways this has benefited me.

I walk away from this journey with my head held high. I believe in myself in ways I never imagined before. This was by far one of the hardest thing I have taken on in my life. Every aspect of this has been transformative for me. Like I said before I don’t want to stay the same.

I look at this as an opportunity to explore different ways to find joy.

Also with that being said, I’m not done cold dipping. No not all. I am just going to reduce it to a few times a week to help me maintain for running.

The impact that this as well as the love and support so many sent to me, has metamorphosed me into a bat! lol you thought I was going to say a butterfly. I like bats just as much, and it suits me more.

It’s midnight and I literally thought long and hard about this. I have made peace with this decision to know when to fold ‘em.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being apart of this most epic life changing journey.
