I’m Ingrida — a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) exploring the beauty of stillness through Yin Yoga and the wisdom of the Five Elements. I’ve recently completed a 60-hour Yin Yoga & Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine Teacher Training, recognized by Yoga Alliance for Continuing Education (CE) hours.
Here, I share gentle practices to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with balance in body and mind.
I believe yoga is not about perfection, but about presence — meeting yourself where you are today. Each practice is like planting a seed: with patience, breath, and care, it grows into strength, balance, and peace.
