A kid from Yellowknife, Northwest Territories (now in Miami) building his business, documenting his training, and sharing lessons along the way.

Goals for this year is to build 2.5-7.5 lb of muscle and:

• Sub-20 minute 5K
• Vertical 35+ Inches
• Front Squat: 405 lb+
• Broad Jump 10+ Feet
• Weighted Pull-Up 150 lb+

And all while training less than 3 hours a week.
