I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Inspired Coach with the Inspired Consulting Group specializing in parenting teens struggling with their mental health, and I am a parent who supported my own child through a mental health crisis. Parenting is hard; supporting a child who is struggling is even harder. With a blend of formal training and lived experience, I bring the science of process together with the art of practice to help parents move from confusion to confident clarity. Inspired Coaching did not exist when my child was in a mental health crisis, but it is just what I needed.
