Social worker by education, psychiatric & mental health industrial complex survivor from the heartland who is on a healing journey.

I hold a lifetime of Lived Experience that I intend to use to shed light on topics of mental health, trauma, & healing. Long-term social justice activist, with a focus on sharing Lived Experience and providing education on healing & trauma, along with transgender & non-binary topics & identities.

My healing journey has helped me learn that HEALING IS POSSIBLE, & empowered me to learn (and continue to learn!) how to heal MYSELF. Now, I am ready to play an active role in re-imagining & re-building a new world.
