Lavender Fire is an alternative piano-based sapphic singer/songwriter from Virginia Beach. Formerly known under her first name Cecilee, she makes contemplative and moody piano-led pop music in the vein of Tori Amos, Kate Bush and Charlotte Martin. Her first single as Lavender Fire, a song called Lavender Fire, was released in late summer 2024, followed by Roommates, in January 2025, and a third single, She's My Ocean, was released in April 2025. After playing at open mics and singer/songwriter showcases all over the Virginia Beach area, Lavender Fire released her first full-length album, From Light and Shadows, in September 2025.
