Hi there, welcome to my food journal videos. 🤍
Thank you so much for visiting my channel! In this channel I create my diet routine in food journal videos. I collect my videos every day so you can see what I eat in a week. I’m practicing intermittent fasting with two meals a day, but every once a week I do one meal a day. I also create habit to drink matcha every morning and drink apple cider vinegar before my first meal. I also eat raw seeds (sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds) after my meal to get natural resources of vitamins and minerals.
I try my best to be realistic as possible about what I eat. Sometimes I try new recipes but sometimes I just repeat what I eat according to my budget. I try my best to not waste anything. So please understanding my situation.
