We believe that through the power of education, we can build a generation of women who can help themselves. We intentionally focus on long-term, sustainable projects that create meaningful change in the lives of the people we serve through all levels of their needs: from physiological needs to self-actualization. Our mission is to empower women in South Siberia to empower themselves.

VISION
We envision a South Siberia in which women can lead successful businesses and be financially independent. By establishing avenues and pathways for women to receive an education and funding, women are able to support themselves and their families, resulting in stronger and more resilient communities.
