Ever since I was a child I have been fascinated by the ephemeral nature of the mind and the theoretical limits of meaning. Time and memory always play a key role. Exploring the concept of landscape in a nostalgic way, I strive to create compositions that balance on the edge of recognition and alienation. My works are distilled from both simple and complex narratives and indirectly respond to the surrounding environment. Rather than presenting a factual reality, an illusion is fabricated to conjure the realms of our imagination.
