How to Shorten Your Refractory Period
The refractory period occurs because the body has a large drop in dopamine, coupled with a sharp increase in prolactin.
However - the levels of these changes in neurotransmitters and hormones is not the same for each man.
I don't know about you, but when I was 18, I could basically have back-to-back ejaculations.
As I discovered in my mid 20's, this wouldn't last forever.
What changed?
I believe the body is protecting itself by intensifying the refractory period, because beneath the surface level of neurotransmitters and hormone levels, there's something deeper - your level of JING.
The more deficient you become in jing, the more the body pumps out prolactin to discourage you from losing more.
And the less resources it has to generate more dopamine and testosterone.
Through my training I rebuilt my energy so that when it is time for me to ejaculate (which isn't often), my refractory period is less severe now at the age of 36 than it was in my 20's.

NEUROTRANSMITTERS OF AROUSAL & 0RGASM
There's many neurotransmitters involved in arousal an 0-gasm, but the big 3 you want to balance are dopamine, serotonin, and acetylcholine.
Proper serotonin levels keep you from becoming too excited (Ejac control).
Proper dopamine levels keep your libido high and your errogenous areas very response (H0rny & pleasurable)
Proper acetylcholine levels increase and sustain blood flow (rock hard)
unfortunately, modern life depletes these neurotransmitters, or throws them out of balance.
What I find extremely interesting, is that these neurotransmitters are produced in the entire body.
Serotonin is mostly produced in the intestines (gut health), some dopamine is produced in the kidneys.
In my perspective, neurotransmitters are a manifestation of JING, the Chinese concept of physical essence.
Rebuild your jing (which includes improving neurotransmitter health), and you will attain youthful vitality.
I'm thinking of making a video diving deeper into this, how to increase your neurotransmitters, etc. Let me know if you want me to make that video!
