I am a registered Yoga Instructor, I teach self awareness and spiritual development practices through self inquiry and the study and practice of yoga.

I cover various other topics pertaining to spiritual growth, healing from traumatic events, self discipline, recognizing and overcoming false ego, anxiety, adversity and developing a self mastery practice.

I use my own experiences with trauma and life’s challenges as talking points to demonstrate how I apply yogic philosophy/psychology in my life to over come and work through suffering and trauma.

I will be sharing how to heal, strengthen and/or stretch specific areas of the body for optimal health and range of motion.

I will be discussing the Bhagavad Gita and The Yoga Sutra’s and how it’s meant to be applied in daily life.
