What are flow props you ask? There is no one true definition, but flow props are generally a prop that you use and manipulate through movement. Flow state is achieved when you move with your prop and you are so entranced and connected that the world melts away and you feel one with your prop. My flow props of choice are hula hoops and silk veil fans and they go absolutely everywhere with me.
