I don’t always cook with MSG. When I do , I usually get a comment or two about how MSG is bad for health.
I disagree of course.
Anyways, I figured I’ll make up a code word. Something that will throw off and perhaps confuse or amuse and distract anyone that thinks MSG is harmful.
So I came up with 3 “code words” below. What do you think?

I have to say, this air fryer really impressed me – it did an amazing job cooking Chinese char siu, and let me tell you, it paired perfectly with some instant ramen.
After experimenting with it a bit, I’ve picked up some great tips and tricks for getting that restaurant-quality char siu right at home using just an air fryer.

Sorry for the lack of recent recipe uploads. I’ve been busy with a side business involving coffee beans from Thailand! I’m working on exporting Thai specialty Arabica coffee beans, as well as specialty coffee from Myanmar and Laos.
Thai coffee is somewhat of a rare export, as most of what’s grown in the country is consumed locally.
I have to admit that a long time ago, Thai coffee wasn’t the best. However, over the past 10-15 years, the quality has improved significantly.
Today, Thai farmers have gained more knowledge and experience in the coffee-growing industry. The climate, soil conditions, and environment are also well-suited for producing high-quality coffee.
I’ll get back to editing food recipes soon—hopefully, I’ll have an upload later this week. Maybe I’ll even work on something with coffee!

I’ve got a Mickey Mouse operation compared to everyone else featured beside me.
Anyways, as a result there’s an uptick in subscribers and views on this channel. Nothing major at the moment but I just want to say I am grateful nonetheless.

Going to show you how to cook an under rated Thai stir fry called Gai Pad Pong Garee, Curry Chicken Stir Fry.
It has a delicious egg curry sauce you’d usually find in a popular crab dish.
But to make this way more affordable chicken is used.
