Sorry for the lack of recent recipe uploads. I’ve been busy with a side business involving coffee beans from Thailand! I’m working on exporting Thai specialty Arabica coffee beans, as well as specialty coffee from Myanmar and Laos.

Thai coffee is somewhat of a rare export, as most of what’s grown in the country is consumed locally.

I have to admit that a long time ago, Thai coffee wasn’t the best. However, over the past 10-15 years, the quality has improved significantly.

Today, Thai farmers have gained more knowledge and experience in the coffee-growing industry. The climate, soil conditions, and environment are also well-suited for producing high-quality coffee.

I’ll get back to editing food recipes soon—hopefully, I’ll have an upload later this week. Maybe I’ll even work on something with coffee!
