Daniel Israel was born in Chicago and primarily raised in the Chicagoland area. His childhood was harsh as he was raised without his mother or his father. That harshness caused him to lose faith in God and to give his life to “the streets.” Daniel Israel was physically and mentally abused by members of the religious organization to which his family belonged and his older brother died by those members’ hands. Being exposed to such violence and tragedy, he was a child who felt unloved, had no love for others, and was confused about God and the Holy Bible. Since he decided to read the Bible for himself, it gave him strength, the courage & confidence to serve God through his music.
