Our story began nearly a decade ago with Dr. George Senosha, now our Chief Public Relations Officer, and Andre Rheeder, our devoted Managing Director. Together, they laid the foundation for a Public-Benefit Organisation (PBO) dedicated to empowering small businesses in South Africa.

Dr. George, the first Black owner of a large retail franchise in Soshanguve, partnered with Andre, a SETA-accredited trainer, to tackle the skills gap faced by small business owners. They saw firsthand the challenges SMEs faced—limited resources, time, and access to training—keeping them from reaching their potential.

Inspired by a mentorship model from Malaysia, they developed a unique hybrid program. This includes 120 online classes via MyEcampus and bi-monthly on-site visits, offering practical, tailored solutions. Their program not only upskills SMEs but also provides graduates with valuable mentorship experience.
