Hola! We are Vince and Klaus, and we are coffee farmers in Honduras. We also roast our coffee in St. Louis Missouri and sell it direct to consumer.
We have been shifting our farm to a regenerative form of agriculture over the past few years and have had great results. This channel is us documenting our journey of what its like to grow, process, roast and sell our coffee.
As a company/family we are building a path to directly incentivise coffee farmers to shift to organic/regenerative agriculture, helping heal the land and the community it comes from.
