Mitch Gross, Director of Plumbing Bros Chatswood, spent a big part of his professional career in corporate life working at eBay as a General Manager in San Jose, California and Sydney. Mitch works closely with staff to ensure they are always putting the customer first. He’s also consistently working with staff to sharpen their communication and project management skills whilst the team uses the latest job management software in order to deliver a flawless customer experience.
