Hey I'm Jeff, a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Coach.

For over 15years, I've helped people transform their relationship with food, strengthen their resilience to workout and tap into higher levels of motivation so they can sculpt their body into a shape they desire.

I don't share diet tricks or rigid workout plans that nobody sticks to. I create hypnotic shifts that focus on changing your thought patterns and unconscious behaviours, where your biggest obstacles lie.

If you are looking for a psychological approach to manage overeating, release addiction and finally achieve weight loss results that lasts for years, I'm here to help.

Almost everyone can lose weight.
Almost no one keeps it off.

Tomorrow I’m breaking down why — and it has NOTHING to do with diet and exercise.

👊 New video drops tomorrow.

CONSCIOUS MIND: "I need to eat healthy and exercise consistently."

SUBCONSCIOUS MIND: “When I believe deep down that success isn’t possible, I will find ways to avoid change.”

Overeating comes with feelings of guilt and regret.

But what if you could use those feelings to change your eating patterns and guide yourself toward increased self-control?

Your subconscious mind learns through emotions...

Here are 3 powerful questions to reflect on to create a shift in your subconscious eating patterns:

🔹 What emotions do I associate with the foods I struggle to resist? (Do they bring me joy, comfort, or relief?)

🔹 How do these foods make me feel after I eat too much of them. (Is there fatigue, discomfort, heaviness, and guilt?)

🔹 What if, instead of pushing away my emotions after overeating, I fully acknowledged them? How would reminding myself of these feelings reshape my relationship with food? (What if pain wasn’t the enemy, but the push I need to break free?)

Does this change how you see food cravings?

What’s the one food you struggle with the most? 👇 Drop it in the comments.

3 Questions to Unlock Your Strength and Resilience:

1. What beliefs do I hold about perfection in health, and are they realistic?

2. Am I letting temporary discomfort or challenges convince me to give up on my long-term goals?

3. What small actions could I take to stay in the game, even when progress feels slow or invisible?

Which question hit you the hardest? Share your answer in the comments and inspire someone else to reflect today.
