Los Caparos
Los Caparos are a genuine proof of the successful mixing of different cultures, languages and musical styles. The combination of the Russian temperament and the Israeli sun has created a fresh, new and unique blend of Ska, Reggae, Dub, Jungle and World Music in Russian, Hebrew and English, and made the music of Los Caparos truly international.
In to reach a broader audience, the band went on a tour in France (in 2010), including a successful show at the Paris Fete De La Music festival. In the following year they went to Germany and the Czech Republic, and played the prestigious Mighty Sound Festival to a crowd of thousands.
The new album has been released in January 2013 and was also produced by Beno Hendler. "Haim Beseret" (Living in a Movie) marks a definite evolution in the band, both musically and lyrically.
