I hit a point where I was tired of starting over. That’s when I realized change isn’t about finding a quick fix. It’s about having a clear plan, accountability, and staying consistent even when motivation fades.
Once I stopped guessing and built real structure around my training and nutrition, everything changed. The weight came off, my confidence came back, and I finally felt in control again.
I’m not sharing this to flex. I’m sharing it because I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck, frustrated, and tired of spinning your wheels.
