CTRL+ALT+Defeat is the post-service mission of a 40-year-old veteran. After a 20-year career in the U.S. Army Infantry, including service with the 75th Ranger Regiment, he now splits his time between I.T. support and the sonic frontline.
The creative process is a disciplined hybrid of old-school songwriting and modern tech. Every track is written by him first—lyrics, melody, and structure. Only then is AI used as a tool to generate the initial stems. But that’s just the starting point. The real work is a full, hands-on production: every stem is separated, cleaned, and meticulously mixed and mastered in the DAW.
What started as a hobby in 2025 to learn audio engineering has become a daily discipline. Driven by a need to express something real, this is a defiant stand against being just another AI script kiddie. It's not for fame or fortune—it’s about making proper music with unconventional tools.
