Laurens Vocaal
Proudly presenting Laurens Vocaal, in which our choirs Laurens Symfonisch, Laurens Collegium and Laurenscantorij are assembled as family members. We are based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Each of the choirs has its own name, age, history and character traits.
The Laurens Symfonisch won the International Classical Music Award in the category choral music in 2020.
The Laurens Collegium, as a chamber choir with professional singers, likes to mark important themes, seasons and events with its singing.
The Laurenscantorij is the oldest choir, with young and older semi professional singers. Founded in 1966, it has established a tradition for the performance of Bach in the liturgy in the Laurenskerk, enjoying at the same time a very versatile concert life.

All choirs collaborate with leading orchestras and conductors, home and abroad. Many CD, radio, livecasts and television recordings have appeared in the past years.
