Yuragi is a Japanese shoegaze / indie rock band. They gained wider attention with their 2018 EP "Still Dreaming, Still Deafening" and the Pennacky-directed “Unreachable.” In 2019, they hosted "Wearing The Inside Out" with Hitsujibungaku and No Buses, performed at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL ’19, and released "Still Dreaming, Still Deafening Remixes & Rarities." Their debut album "For you, Adroit it but soft" led to sold-out headline shows in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka in 2021, followed by a 2022 remix album featuring Slow Magic and Ryan Hemsworth. In 2023, they released their second album "Here I Stand" with shows in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Taipei. Most recently, in January 2025, they released their third album "In Your Languages," touring Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Hong Kong, Seoul, Taipei, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Yuragi has performed alongside Japanese Breakfast, Turnover, Nothing, Superheaven, Whirr and Hazel English, solidifying their place in the global shoegaze community.
