God has given us several remedies that can help maintain healthy blood pressure levels. We haven’t tried them all, but we have tried several and shared many videos in the past of how these have worked for my husband. My husband is currently over 2 years blood pressure medication free and here are some of the herbs and leaves we have used if needed. Ultimately a change in his diet and adding in more physical activity helped him remove both blood pressure medications overall. These were used along the journey to complete removal of we needed them.
⚠️: Please consult with your doctor before using any of these to make sure it is appropriate for your specific health needs.

1. Hibiscus
Hibiscus is not only a beautiful flower but also a natural diuretic. It is rich in anthocyanins, which are powerful compounds known to lower blood pressure.
Use as tea 🍵

2. Garlic
Garlic is a flavorful ingredient that contains allicin, a compound with blood pressure-lowering effects.
Use 1 -2 cloves in meals or as tea 🍵

3. Beet Juice
Beet juice is rich in natural nitrates, which have been shown to lower blood pressure significantly. Drinking 1 cup of beet juice regularly can be a refreshing way to support your heart health.

4. Chamomile
Chamomile is well-known for its calming properties. It works by relaxing blood vessels, which can help reduce blood pressure.
Use as tea 🍵

5. Cayenne Pepper
Cayenne pepper contains capsaicin, which promotes the widening of blood vessels.
Sprinkle a pinch in water or in meals when needed.

6. Olive Leaf
Olive leaf is another natural remedy that widens blood vessels and contains oleuropein, a compound that helps lower blood pressure.
Use as a supplement or as tea 🍵
7. Green Tea
Green tea is also beneficial for blood pressure, as it helps relax blood vessels.
Use as tea 🍵
8. Hawthorn Berries
Hawthorn berries are known to improve blood flow and circulation.
Use as a supplement or tea 🍵

We are so overjoyed that our first pineapple 🍍 from the garden is ready!! To God be the Glory! It is so amazing to see the blessings of God through gardening. It takes so much time and patience but the reward is so great. Super proud of my husband @rondiltz2 for taking the time and putting in so much love to our garden every day. This took a couple years to start budding and once the pineapple started to bud, in March, here we are 6 months later with a ripe pineapple. Time and love 🙏🏾❤️ God is amazing! Hope this inspires you to plant anything and watch it grow! More to come as we cut this and my King @rondiltz2 explains how to reuse this pineapple top to plant another one! Stay tuned!

Hello 👋🏾 family, took the last few days to recharge. My kids are home for the summer and let’s just say my days and nights are full!! Enjoying every moment though because this time is fleeting. But I’m definitely going to make sure I get rest especially when I feel I need it. Rest is so important for healing. In addition to rest, our bodies need ALIVE foods.

When you are in your 40s like me, having ALIVE and living foods such as fruits and vegetables are not an option anymore, it’s a need. You will quickly see a difference once you add them to your diet and have them on each plate you eat for the day. Making fruits and vegetables 50 percent or more of your diet is vital!! You will see your blood pressure decrease and normalize, your blood sugar normalize, and you will even see benefits with hormone balance and less inflammation.

Are you feeling sluggish? Are you not having frequent bowel movements? Are you dehydrated? Eating more fresh fruits and vegetables can help with all of these things!

This couple blessed me today by calling me the PRODUCE WHISPERER lol 😆. She looked at my cart and said “You can just see you know what you are doing in this section” . I was happy to help them select their produce. I can share more on how to select certain fruits and vegetables. I don’t know everything but I will share what I know. ❤️

Who’s ready? We are! Everyone always asks how my husband got off his medications, well this is it! We did a raw vegan fast for 7 months! He was able to remove both high blood pressure medications and got his type 2 diabetes diagnosis reversed. Because of everything we learned on this fast, his blood pressure still remains under control for almost 2 years now without medications and his blood sugar level as well. This fast is only for 9 days as a group and I will show you just how we did it so you can continue on your own!

We are counting down the days and slowing coming off of certain foods. This reset will be done in my private group! If you would like to join, the link is in my bio or comment RAW for the link. This is always a great way to start the year and my hope is that everything you learn you will be able to keep going through the year so you can reach your health goals! It is truly life changing!
