God has given us several remedies that can help maintain healthy blood pressure levels. We haven’t tried them all, but we have tried several and shared many videos in the past of how these have worked for my husband. My husband is currently over 2 years blood pressure medication free and here are some of the herbs and leaves we have used if needed. Ultimately a change in his diet and adding in more physical activity helped him remove both blood pressure medications overall. These were used along the journey to complete removal of we needed them. ⚠️: Please consult with your doctor before using any of these to make sure it is appropriate for your specific health needs.
