When your brain’s fuel tanks (dopamine, serotonin, cortisol) are low, no amount of coffee or motivation hacks will fix it.

This is what burnout really looks like on the inside:
Low cortisol. Low B6. Low dopamine. Low drive.

⚡ But when you replenish what’s missing — your energy, mood, and focus come back online.

💊 Supplements don’t “give” you energy — they help your body make it again.
