The Society For Constitutional Law Discussion is a premier academic organisation dedicated to promoting scholarship and meaningful engagement in the field of constitutional law and allied areas.

TSCLD was initially established as a student-led society at Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna, inspired by the constitutional law societies functioning in other leading National Law Universities across India. Founded by a former student of CNLU, the Society aimed to encourage rigorous academic dialogue and legal writing among students, scholars, and professionals interested in constitutional studies.

Over the years, TSCLD has grown from a campus-based initiative into one of India’s most prominent academic organisations in the domain of constitutional law.
