I know how easy it is to feel depleted when you’re the one pouring into everyone else’s cup.
A few days ago, I stepped away from my “responsibilities” for an hour to make this wreath.
Was my to-do list finished? No.
Was it fun and nourishing? Yes.
The way we love our families best is by refusing to let ourselves run on empty.
