I’m thrilled to share another milestone — 3 million views! 🎉 Your comments, questions, and sincerity for your practice inspire me every day.
During the livestream I mentioned being nervous about an upcoming wisdom tooth extraction. I had the procedure on Monday — and used the same tools we practiced together: deep breathing and the LI-4 acupressure point (LI-4 is not recommended during pregnancy) to stay calm and ease the pain.
I’m so grateful for these simple practices, especially in stressful situations. They remind me that courage isn’t about never feeling afraid — it’s about breathing through the fear and taking the next step. Just like letting go of what no longer serves us in autumn, I literally let go of a wisdom tooth causing me pain 😉
