Mấy hôm nay cộng đồng người Việt Hải Ngoại lại "lùm xùm" vụ ca sĩ Nguyễn Tiến Dũng, trong màn trình diển tại công ty Teletron hôm July 4th, đã có một biến cố gây phẫn nộ cho người Việt Hải Ngoại.
Đó là một phụ nữ khoát khăn choàng và đội nón có biểu tượng Cờ Vàng Ba Sọc Đỏ, bò chui dưới háng Nguyễn Tiến Dũng trong lúc trình diễn, gây ra cảnh tượng xúc phạm đến biểu tượng của cộng đồng Người Việt Tị Nạn Hải Ngoại.
Ông Uy Nguyễn Tổng Giám Đốc công ty Teletron sau khi biết việc này đã yêu cầu nhân viên và một số Youtuber cắt bỏ đoạn video khiếm nhã trên, đồng thời đã gởi lá thư XIN LỔI đến cộng đồng Người Việt Tị Nạn Hải Ngoại, thông qua nhiều cơ quan truyền thông báo chí.

Trong mấy ngày qua chúng tôi có nhận được một số tin tức trên mạng xã hội liên quan đến một tiết mục trình diễn trong chương trình nhạc hội mừng lễ độc lập July 4th của Hoa Kỳ, được tổ chức tại trụ sở của công ty Teletron thuộc thành phố Garden Grove, California trong ba ngày 4, 5 và 6 tháng 7, 2025 vừa qua với sự hiện diện của gần 60 ca nhạc sĩ.
Vì quá đa đoan trong nhiệm vụ điều hành nhiều cơ sở trên toàn quốc Hoa Kỳ, cho nên chúng tôi đã không để ý đến sự việc này. Tuy nhiên ngay sau khi nhận được tin tức, chúng tôi đã kiểm soát lại và yêu cầu cắt bỏ ngay những đoạn video nói trên.
Kính thưa quý vị, công ty Teletron đã có mặt trong cộng đồng người Việt tại hải ngoại từ hơn 17 năm qua. Ngoài vấn đề thương mại, chúng tôi cũng đã sinh hoạt và đóng góp vào các chương trình phục vụ cộng đồng như, cứu trợ Thương Phế Binh QLVNCH, xây dựng tượng đài chiến sĩ Việt Mỹ tại khắp các tiểu bang, tượng đài Đức Thánh Trần Hưng Đạo, bảo trợ đồng bào tỵ nạn, yểm trợ các cơ sở tôn giáo, cung cấp học bổng cho các học sinh, sinh viên hiếu học, cứu trợ nạn nhân thiên tai trong và ngoài nước, cũng như hỗ trợ quý vị dân cử v..v… Ngoài ra chúng tôi cũng đã tổ chức hàng trăm buổi ca nhạc miễn phí để góp vui cùng quý vị đồng hương. Nhưng đây là lần đầu tiên một sự kiện đáng tiếc xảy ra ở bên dưới sân khấu, ngoài sự kiểm soát của chúng tôi.
Tuy nhiên dù bất cứ lý do gì, với tư cách là tổng giám đốc của công ty Teletron, tôi thành thật gửi lời xin lỗi đến toàn thể cộng đồng cùng quý vị đồng hương, và sẽ đưa ra những biện pháp cần thiết cũng như kiểm soát một cách kỹ lưỡng hơn trong các chương trình nhạc hội sau này để không xảy ra những sự việc đáng tiếc nói trên.

Dear Mr. Secretary of State!
First of all, congratulations on becoming the Secretary of State of the United States and helping President Trump in his agenda to make America great again.
We, Vietnamese-American citizens, are very concerned that the Communist government of Vietnam (VCP) is approaching you to continue their deceitful agenda, after 30 years of normalizing diplomatic relations with us.
Every time we change the federal government, the VCP (Vietnamese Communist Party) changes its language to appease us, and they never fulfill their commitments, their ultimate nature is just to buy time to maintain their totalitarian dictatorship.
1 - They commit to political change and reform, but never do, Vietnam continues under the dictatorial rule of the VCP.
2 - They commit to freedom of speech and religion, but they still oppress and arrest.
3 – They are becoming a tools to export Chinese goods to our country indirectly through third countries such as Mexico and Canada with the cover of Made In Vietnam but in reality Made In China.
4 – They lie about buying and importing more of our goods, to balance the trade balance, but in the end they buy goods from our adversaries: Russia and China.
5 – They will never stand on our side in the Indo – Pacific strategy, because VCP was born on China territory. (Feb 3rd 1930 in Guangzhou), all their commitments are just lies and buying time.
B – Trade between the United States and Vietnam in 2024 is $132 billion, we imports $119 billion, they imports $13 billion:
In 2024, the total trade between the United States and Vietnam was over $132 billion. The US had a trade deficit with Vietnam, with exports from Vietnam growing while the US dollar appreciated.
Exports
• The US exported raw cotton, soybeans, telephones, hydrogen, and integrated circuits to Vietnam.
• The US exported the most from California, Oregon, Texas, Louisiana, and Washington.
Imports
• The US imported telephones, other furniture, semiconductor devices, computers, and seats from Vietnam.
• The US imported the most from California, Illinois, Texas, Georgia, and Tennessee.
Trade balance
• The US trade deficit with Vietnam was over $110 billion in the first 11 months of 2024.

C – They exports a lot of products into US, but VCP not allow to import any products from Vietnamese Americans including: Video and Music products, Books, News paper or other products relate our culture.
1 – Please contact the Vietnamese American community before having any reception or meeting with VCP officials to get more multi-dimensional information
2 – Pressure VCP to be transparent about the origin of raw materials, products, and open the door for Vietnamese Americans to export products to Vietnam.
3 – Apply sanctions for VCP’s violations of trade and human rights (visa restrictions, cutting off funding through the USAID program)
4 – Force VCP to release American citizens who are being illegally detained in Vietnam.

Do not recognize Vietnam “Market Economic” Status.
We are writing this letter to your department with “ Serious concern” about the considering Vietnam are “Market Economic” status.
First, they are not “Market Economic”, they are “Centralize Economic” because the VCP (Vietnamese Communist Party) control everything from Energy Sectors, Financial Sectors, or communication sectors. They are state-own not private sectors.
Second, They are not follow the regulations require by WTO’s members:
1 – They do not have the Independent Justice.
2 – They do not have the Independent union
3 – They do not respect all the Human Rights Values they signed with UN.
Third, the US Department of Treasure on the report 2022 concluded:
1 – Vietnam Government have manipulation Currency.
2 – Vietnam exported products dump – price in to US market for years long.
3 – Vietnam became the “Trans-nation country” it’s mean they try to export products “Made In Vietnam” to US, but the products original produced from China. ( Special: Solar Pannel from Xinjiang, where they force labors and Human Rights abused), and all the digital components.
Fourth, As US and Allies imposed the Sanctions Russia invasion Ukraine, VCP (Vietnamese Communist Party) still associate with Russia, they import a lot of products from Russia like fuel Fossil, LNG and coals, Invading the Sanctions.
With all the reasons, We highly recommend your department impose the sanctions with them instead recognize them “Market Economic”.
