LETTERS TO US DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE
Dear Madam Secretary Gina Raimondo !
Do not recognize Vietnam “Market Economic” Status.
We are writing this letter to your department with “ Serious concern” about the considering Vietnam are “Market Economic” status.
First, they are not “Market Economic”, they are “Centralize Economic” because the VCP (Vietnamese Communist Party) control everything from Energy Sectors, Financial Sectors, or communication sectors. They are state-own not private sectors.
Second, They are not follow the regulations require by WTO’s members:
1 – They do not have the Independent Justice.
2 – They do not have the Independent union
3 – They do not respect all the Human Rights Values they signed with UN.
Third, the US Department of Treasure on the report 2022 concluded:
1 – Vietnam Government have manipulation Currency.
2 – Vietnam exported products dump – price in to US market for years long.
3 – Vietnam became the “Trans-nation country” it’s mean they try to export products “Made In Vietnam” to US, but the products original produced from China. ( Special: Solar Pannel from Xinjiang, where they force labors and Human Rights abused), and all the digital components.
Fourth, As US and Allies imposed the Sanctions Russia invasion Ukraine, VCP (Vietnamese Communist Party) still associate with Russia, they import a lot of products from Russia like fuel Fossil, LNG and coals, Invading the Sanctions.
With all the reasons, We highly recommend your department impose the sanctions with them instead recognize them “Market Economic”.
