Healing Studio Online (HSO) is a yoga-like studio online where people can drop in for various programs that center on healing and wellness. Our founding principles are 1) Everyone is a self-healer but you have to do the work, and 2) the work is easier and more medicinal to do in the community because Connection Is Medicine. We offer free community classes and paid programs online for breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, traditional healing practices, yoga, nutrition, homeopathy, energy medicine, cancer support, and much more.
